In this end-of-year recap, I share some of the episodes that left a lasting impressions on me or brought up issues that I am still thinking about. Several of these ideas are ones I want to take with me as we wrap up 2023 and head into 2024.
We are taking advantage of the end of the year to take a reflective look back on where we have been in 2023. There are so many amazing guests that sat with us around the podcast table. We took a fresh look at books of the Bible we rarely hear sermons on, and we had a masterclass on how to interpret the Bible contextually. Each guest brought a nuanced view of scripture, and helped us think about how valuable it is to read the Bible with people who have diverse perspectives.
